- In the app, open the Account screen and use "Delete account" at the bottom. Deletion is immediate; all your listings, files and generated content are permanently removed.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions bought in the iOS app through the App Store are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. A subscription started on the web is managed from the Membership screen of your web account.
- How do I withdraw AI consent?
- From "AI and data sharing" on the Account screen. Without consent AI features won't run; you can keep using your account.
- I found an inappropriate listing page.
- Email us the page address; we'll review it and remove it if needed.
